Therapy at Relational Roots offers a steady, attuned space for children, adolescents, adults, and families to make sense of their experiences, strengthen relationships, and develop emotional regulation. Assessment and Clinical Formulation

Before beginning therapy, I take time to understand your experiences, context, and goals. This may include meeting with parents or caregivers, reviewing history, and developing a shared understanding of what is happening and what may help. The formulation guides the pace, focus, and approach of the work so that therapy feels safe, purposeful, and responsive to your needs.
